I took my children, currently ages 38, 31, and 21, to this dentist. I never even thought of going anywhere else. This place was always great. And now, I've taken my 5 year old granddaughter. And the dentist office is as good as it always was, if not better. My granddaughter had a lot of trepidation, as she had never had a dentist visit and was starting the process a little later then a lot of kids. But once we got there and she saw the extraordinarily kid-friendly waiting area, she relaxed a little bit. Then when she was called back for her cleaning and exam, Courtney was the dental hygienist who took care of her. Courtney had a wonderful, natural way with her. You can tell that she has perfected her approach to children that have some anxiety about their dentist visit. She explained every step of the way, and mixed her educating with a lot of generously sprinkled imagination and humor. Before my eyes, my granddaughter's demeanor changed from hesitant and fearful to happy and engaged. And by the time we left and we're walking out to the car, my granddaughter stated happily, "I love the dentist!"

I am so glad I went through with changing my child's dentist and gave this office a call! My son had been to a previous local office and did not have the best experience. Even for a younger child I could tell there was a fear forming. We had our first visit today and my son let Morgan clean all of his teeth and had a blast! No fear or worry! The entire staff has been great from the first inquiry phone call :)

We had a dental consult today and I was VERY pleased all around. Everyone was very friendly and informative. For the first time, we have found a dentist who truly considers what treatment is best for the patient and when treatment is absolutely necessary vs when something can be monitored. We were presented with many options as well as a professional opinion which I greatly appreciated. Dr. B. Greenwood was very compassionate with our son who was very anxious. We are officially switching to Sylvania Pediatric Dental even though we will drive an hour for appointments. It will be well worth it for our children. I am not one to write reviews very often but this review had to be written. Thank you again!

Everyone was super friendly there and it made my child and I feel at ease. Dr Sprague was so patient with us and explained what was happening with my daughters hollowing teeth. He answered all our questions and did not rush us out of the room. Thank you for taking the time to do what you do best!

I recently took my 3 children, ages 6,4 and 2 to the dentist by myself! I was so hesitant and nervous, but every single person here made it so easy! Everyone was beyond kind and helpful. My children were not nervous at all and did awesome with the help of the hygienists. Thank you all for being awesome!

I highly recommend this office, particularly for children who have had negative dental experiences in the past. My nine year old has had anxiety about going to the dentist since his first visit around age three. This was compounded when he had a particularly traumatic experience getting a crown about a year ago. Today, he was able to have all of the work that he needed (which was pretty extensive) done in one visit. I am so grateful to Dr. Sprague and the rest of the staff for their patience and for giving my child such a positive experience. Both of us walked in anxious and walked out smiling, gauze rolls and all!

We could not be happier with Sylvania Pediatric Dental Care. We began going to them when our daughter was one. She is now 18 and we've added two more patients as well. Our daughter has significant special needs and they have been so incredibly helpful, patient and kind with her. We couldn't ask for a better place!!!

I am so glad I found this place. My 5 year NEVER liked the dentist. I tried 4 different places before coming here and not one of them was able to keep her calm long enough to even get x-rays. Courtney Greenwood was so amazing. My daughter LOVED her and thought she was a princess. All of the nurses were very nice and made my daughter feel so comfortable. I was so happy and relieved that my daughter was happy that I cried.

Our first visit at the office was wonderful! The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming!! My kids felt very comfortable and loved the game room! I loved that both my kids could be in the same room for their cleaning! Dr. Greenwood and the hygienist were very friendly and down to earth!! The hygienist (Morgan) was great with my kids and went over everything in detail I’m so happy we choose Sylvania Pediatric Dentistry!!
